The shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are shipped from Spain.

Estimated 2 business days for processing. Any orders received after 15:00 will be processed the following business day. The shipping time depends on the location, but it fluctuates between 3 and 5 business days after the processing.
Please note that all shipments that contain a diffuser will require a signature at the time of delivery. Make sure that someone is present to accept the package.

Orders exceeding 50 € will be charged for shipping. Orders that have a lower cost of 50 euros, the customer shall pay the fee of shipping, which is calculated by the weight of the package and the distance.

Once you click send you will be notified via e-mail, every step of the delivery of the order and you will receive a tracking code from carrier to be able to view in real-time.

If your order is lost, stolen, damaged during the transport The Aroma Trace is not liable for these damages.

If we send the wrong product The Aroma Trace will bear the cost of returning and shipping the right product. Do not apply a refund in this case.
