Refunds / Changes
You may return or exchange your products: Room Spray, Home Fragrance, Trace Home Diffuser and Scented Candle long as they have not been used or removed from original packaging, within 14 days of the receipt of your order through our website of returns. All returns and exchanges may be subject to revision, and approved the return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days. The return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error. You must provide images of support related to their products at the time of requesting the return.

Return policy machines
The customer may return any diffuser (machines) that you have purchased online for any reason in 14 days after the date of purchase or the date of receipt of the diffuser (which will be later), to obtain a refund, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. No refunds will be issued by diffusers (machines) used.
