Subscription policies
To subscribe a membership program aromas of fogging, customers must maintain an active subscription for a minimum of: Aromahex 60 days and AromaSlim 90 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason before you submit your order, you can pause or cancel the subscription. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription before the minimum term and after you submit your order, you will be asked to return the promotional discount in its entirety in accordance with the net total of the order in question.
Return shipping label
The aroma trace provides a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your product. The initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling
Once you request a return through the portal of returns and the application is approved, send your return within the five days of the approval. Make sure that the product that you are returning is repackaged with all the bottles and documentation included when you received it. We strongly recommend using shipments are trackable, because The Aroma Trace is not responsible of any lost package or damaged.
Responsible use of aromas
Our scents are designed exclusively for environmental use by broadcasters. Should not be applied to the skin or ingested. The Aroma Trace is not responsible for allergic reactions or problems as a result of a use other than that indicated.
Changes
After the first sent of subscription: in the case of the AromaHex, 60 days, and in the case of the AromaSlim 90 days, you may request a change of fragrance for the following shipments by means of your subscription account.
Damaged products
When you get your order, inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is usual that the shipping box have some wear and tear; however, if damage occurred to the products in your shipment, please send an e-mail to info@thearomatrace.com to get in contact with Customer Care.
