In these terms, "we", "us", "our" or "ours" refers to The Aroma Trace (the "Company"), including all of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents.
These Terms do not modify any other agreements you may have with the Company, its affiliates or partners. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of such entity.
2. Age and Use of the Site

When acquiring a subscription (AromaHex Bimonthly or AromaSlim Quarterly):
- You accept the current recurring rate at the time of subscription.
- Payments will be processed automatically on each billing cycle until unsubscribe from your account.
- You may pause or cancel at any time, subject to our Subscription Policy.
6. Ordering and invoicing
- You must provide complete and accurate purchase and account information.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for errors, availability or suspicion of resale.
- Credit card information is always transmitted in a secure manner. encrypted (PCI-DSS).
7. Links and third party content
Some services or content may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or damages related to such sites or content.
8. Comments and user content
If you send comments, ideas or suggestions:
- We may use them freely without compensation or obligation of confidentiality.
- You warrant that the comments do not violate third party rights, are legal and do not contain malware.

15. Product warranty
- Diffusers AromaHex and AromaSlim have 90 days warranty.
