Subscription policies
General terms and conditions
When acquiring a subscriptionyou agree:
- The recurring rate corresponding to the Bimonthly Subscription (AromaHex) o Quarterly (AromaSlim) in force at the time of contracting.
- The responsibility for all recurring charges until you decide to cancel your subscription.
Once subscribed, The Aroma Trace will automatically process the payment. in each billing cycle according to the contracted recurrence.
Minimum subscription time
To subscribe a scent subscription program for diffusers, customers must maintain an active subscription for a minimum of:
- 60 days in the case of Aromahex refills or diffuser.
- 90 days for AromaSlim refills or diffuser.
You have the option of pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to delivery of the order. We will manage a full reimbursementexcept in cases where the order has already been processed, in which case the following may apply management adjustmentsThe information will be clearly communicated to you.
If you decide to cancel before completing the minimum period and you have already received an order with a promotional discount, an adjustment equivalent to the discount, calculated on the total order received, will be applied.
Changes in Aromas
After the first shipment of your subscription, you will have the option to change the scent of your next orders:
- AromaHex: from 60 days onwards
- AromaSlim: from 90 days onwards
You only have to do it from your account in the subscription section, in a fast and comfortable way.
