Processing and shipping

• All orders are shipped from Spain.
• We ship to the entire peninsulaas well as to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 
• The shipping cost for mainland Spain is 4,90€ and for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 8,90€. Please note that shipments to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have additional costs and longer delivery times due to transport and customs conditions. 
• Orders are processed within 2 working days.
• Orders received after 15:00 h will be processed the next business day.
• The estimated delivery time is 48/ 72h in Peninsula, and of 4 to 7 working days in shipments to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Conditions of shipment

• Orders for more than €50 will have free shipping.
• If the order includes a diffuserit will be necessary to sign upon receiptThere must be someone available to accept it.
• You can request shipment to the address of your choice or to a nearby collection point for greater convenience.

Order tracking

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with the tracking code and the status updates of the delivery in real time.

Liability and returns

• The Aroma Trace guarantees the shipment in perfect conditions until delivery.
• In case of loss or damage to the order during transportWe will investigate the incident with the courier company and, if necessary, replace the product or refund the corresponding amount.
• If an incorrect product is received, The Aroma Trace will assume the cost of return and will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
• No refunds will be made in cases of product error, as the product will be replaced.
