 Returns and exchanges

We want you to fully enjoy your experience with The Aroma Trace.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can request a refund. exchange or return within the 14 days after receipt of your orderThe products must not have been used or removed from their original packaging, and you must send them with all their accessories (in the case of Smart Diffusers).

Requests are easily handled through our returns portal, where you can attach images of the product and follow the process step by step. 
Once the return has been approved, the reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
 
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or sent in error, in which case we will assume the full cost.
  • No returns will be accepted for diffusers that have been used or show signs of use.
 
 

Shipping and handling

Once your return request has been approved through the portal, please send the product within five days.
Ensure that the item is carefully repackaged, including all bottles, accessories and documentation.1

For your peace of mind, a trackable shipment is recommended, and keep the receipt, as The Aroma Trace is not responsible for loss or damage during return.

Responsible use of aromas

Our aromas are designed exclusively for environmental use by means of diffusers.

Should not be applied to the skin or ingested..
The Aroma Trace is not responsible for allergic reactions or problems resulting from use other than that indicated.

In case of ingestion or accidental exposure, immediately contact a physician. Poison Information Center (tel. 915 620 420) or go to a medical center.

Damaged products

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you carefully inspect the package.

It is usual for the outer box to show signs of transport, but if you detect any damage to the products, please contact our Customer Service team at info@thearomatrace.com

The Aroma Trace is not responsible for of packages lost or damaged during return shipment. It is recommended use a traceable shipping service and keep the voucher, since the customer must deal with any incident directly with the courier company.
