Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can request a refund. exchange or return within the 14 days after receipt of your orderThe products must not have been used or removed from their original packaging, and you must send them with all their accessories (in the case of Smart Diffusers).
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or sent in error, in which case we will assume the full cost.
- No returns will be accepted for diffusers that have been used or show signs of use.
Shipping and handling
For your peace of mind, a trackable shipment is recommended, and keep the receipt, as The Aroma Trace is not responsible for loss or damage during return.
Responsible use of aromas
Our aromas are designed exclusively for environmental use by means of diffusers.
In case of ingestion or accidental exposure, immediately contact a physician. Poison Information Center (tel. 915 620 420) or go to a medical center.
Damaged products
It is usual for the outer box to show signs of transport, but if you detect any damage to the products, please contact our Customer Service team at info@thearomatrace.com
